2. PrimaFit does not charge a registration fee to the User.

3. PrimaFit will never ask for the User's username, password, SMS verification code, or OTP for any reason. Therefore, PrimaFit advises Users not to share these credentials or any other sensitive data with parties claiming to represent PrimaFit or any other unverified entities.

Purchase Transaction

1. Buyers are required to conduct transactions following the procedures established by PrimaFit.

Stock availability may change at any time, and in the event that an item is out of stock, PrimaFit will reject the order, and the payment for the item will be refunded to the Buyer.

5. The buyer agrees not to share payment proof or payment details with anyone other than PrimaFit. If the buyer shares this information with someone else and it leads to a loss, the buyer will be responsible.

6. A refund from PrimaFit to the Buyer can only be made under the following specific conditions:

Delivery of Equipment and Accessories.

1. Products in the equipment category will receive free shipping from PrimaFit.

2. Free shipping is only available for the Java region.

3. The delivery of products in the equipment category will be completed within a maximum of 10 working days.

4. The delivery of products in the accessories category will be completed within a maximum of 3 to 4 working days.
